Hydro-Québec Human Resources Program 2011-2012
This program groups all of the technological initiatives required aiming to optimize the HR organization, processes and information systems.
The many opportunities identified were analyzed and prioritized by the HR management team, and then categorized in the following six business areas:
- Optimize HR business transactions
- Optimize activities surrounding competency management
- Favor talent acquisition and succession management
- Favor an integrated executive management process
- Favor health and safety as well as increased work attendance
- Maintain the quality of data and overall information management
