Senior Business/Strategy/Management Consultant

POSITION SUMMARY:
The incumbent will have the responsibility to work with the “C Level” of North America’s Large Enterprise market with the purpose of preparing and presenting highly detailed Business Cases and Strategic Roadmaps for the implementation of the SAP solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must plan, prepare and lead discovery workshops
- Maps overall corporate strategy to an optimized multi-year deployment roadmap
- Analyzes and maps clients’ business requirements and objectives
- Documents current state processes and future state processes
- Elaborates the delta between current and future state for both processes and functional landscapes
- Documents the strategic benefits, tangible and intangible benefits
- Accurately maintains documentation of time and expense reports, along with additional administrative tasks
- Adheres to SAP standards/best practices
- Assists with internal activities: hotline, remote consulting, presales, and trade shows as necessary
- Assists with preparation of training materials; teach on-site classes as required
- Provides mentoring/support to inexperienced colleagues
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Completion of a graduate university degree
- Experience with one or all of Human Capital Management, Customer Relationship Management, Environmental Compliance and Sustainability are an asset
- Analytical thinking; Problem solving skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with an executive level audience
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Very strong presentation skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in both French and English is essential
WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Must be prepared to work within a large variety of work environments
