POSITION SUMMARY:

The incumbent has the responsibility to perform fully competent HR consulting services to /n Spro's customers on a billable basis, and ensures that customers have successful SAP ERP HCM implementations and a high degree of customer satisfaction in our products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Has responsibility for successful implementation of the SAP product at a customer’s site.
- Analyzes and maps clients’ business requirements and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
- Acts as a liaison for troubleshooting: investigates, analyzes, and solves software problems.
- Maintains one’s own professional development; including continuous learning of new SAP products/technologies, and communicating experiences and solutions to fellow colleagues.
- Accurately maintains documentation of time and expense reports, along with additional administrative tasks.
- Adheres to SAP standards/best practices.
- Assists with internal activities: hotline, remote consulting, presales, and trade shows as necessary.
- Assists with preparation of training materials; teach on-site classes as required.
- Provides mentoring/support to inexperienced colleagues.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Completion of undergraduate university degree, community college diploma or equivalent business experiences.
- Experience in SAP PA, OM, Benefits, Time Management (including rule writing), Payroll (including rule writing)
- Experience in SAP Talent Management solutions including Performance Mgt, E-Recruiting, LSO - E-Learning, Succession Management and Compensation Mgt
- Analytical thinking; Problem solving skills
- Ability to build personal relationships with clients
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in both French and English is an asset

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Willing to travel as required - locally, nationally and/or internationally
• Willing to adjust work schedule to fit the requirements of the task at hand
• Must be prepared to work within a large variety of work environments.
