Luc Hédou MBA

President and Board Member is responsible for North American sales and operations.

Prior to joining /n Spro, Luc was a Platinum level Solution Engineer at SAP Canada Inc..  In this role, he was responsible for designing customized solutions and sales strategies for Large Enterprise customers in the Canadian market.  After a successful run in this role (President Award and Sales Top Achiever Award), Luc left SAP in 2003 to co-found /n Spro.

Luc graduated from Concordia University (an AACSB certified Business School) with a Masters of Business Administration.

John Sanderson

Executive Vice President and Board Member is responsible for North American operations.

Prior to joining /n Spro, John was a Managing Consultant at Primonics Inc..  His main responsibilities were to build the local consulting practice as well as developing the internal tools and methodologies for successful project delivery.  He was successful in building a highly efficient project organization to serve the Canadian SMB market.  John left in 2003 to co-found /n Spro.

Serge Boulay

Vice President Service and Solutions is responsible for the operations of the service desk, the educational services offering, and new products development.

Serge was recently promoted to his new functions.  Previously, he led the Canadian consulting team in his role as Platinum Consultant and Consulting Lead.

Before joining /n Spro, Serge worked as a Senior HR and Payroll consultant at SAP Canada Inc. where he developed a very broad and deep skill level and a reputation for his commitment to the customers’ success.  He left SAP in 2003 to become one of the founders of /n Spro.

Simon Goupil

Vice President of Projects and Operations, is responsible for SAP HCM / CRM / NetWeaver / Emerging Solutions professional services, the Project Management Office (PMO), management consulting services and /N SPRO internal operations.

Prior to his current position, Simon served as Director of the Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, he contributed to the development of the /N SPRO elite team, to the organization of operations to support the company’s growth, to the brand expansion and to the development of relations with our key Utilities sector accounts.

Prior to joining /N SPRO in 2009, Simon served in different roles as a Project Manager, Solution Architect and Business Analyst at Mosaic Group, Eicon Technologies, Cirque du Soleil and Hydro Québec. He has actively contributed to numerous projects in North America and Europe for the implementation of various SAP HCM, Logistics, Financials and NetWeaver solutions.

Simon graduated from HEC (Montréal University Business School) with a Bachelor of Operations Management and Marketing. He also has a diploma in Project Management from the School of Management Sciences (UQAM).

Ghyslain Robert

Account Manager is responsible for Sales across Canada.

Prior to /n Spro, Ghyslain was in sales positions at Groupe Createch, SAP and IXOS (OpenText) where he accumulated strong results and realizations in the services sales as well as software solution sales in the ERP business.

Possessing strong knowledge of the Canadian market, Ghyslain has developed sound sales approaches that allow business development efforts to generate revenue in new territories and customer segments.
Ghyslain holds a degree in Business Admnistration from Bishop University.

Luc Tremblay

VP Business Development & Alliances is responsible for the partner strategy, go to market planning and execution, marketing, and the presales solution consulting business areas of /n Spro.

Prior to /n Spro, Luc worked at Nakisa responsible for Global Alliances & Programs managing the global relationship with SAP, launching to market a new SAP solution extension for Org and Talent Visualization, and creating a partner and education program.

He also held senior director level positions in market development at SAP part of the Emerging Solutions team that launched to market SAP NetWeaver , SAP xApps, Duet and Analytics.

Luc also serves as President of the Board of Surveillance at Desjardins bank, responsible for ethics, deontology and cooperation values.

Luc has a degree in IT from College de Bois-de-Boulogne. 

Extended Leadership Team

Mark Michel, Community of Practice Lead Netweaver, is responsible for providing thought leadership and setting the strategic direction of the technologies we support.

Stephan Dubreuil, is a Senior Project Manager with in excess of 10 years of SAP experience.  He is a master of our DualIT Methodology.

Jamie Bullen, Community of Practice Lead Maritimes, is responsible for developing our very successful Eastern Canadian practice.  As a very Senior Consultant, he is also a major influencer of our technological direction.

Jacques Cormier, Community of Practice Lead Central, is responsible for developing our growing Central Canadian practice.  He is also one of the most experienced Talent Management consultants in North America.

Jacques Jean, Community of Practice Lead CRM, is responsible for developing our growing National CRM practice.  He is also one of the most experienced CRM consultants in North America with in excess of 8 years of experience.
